Hi, I'm Evan.
Here's My Story.

I grew up in a home where taking care of your health was simply part of everyday life. That foundation shaped the way I live and ultimately led me to turn that path into my career.

I earned my B.S. in Human Nutrition, Food, and Exercise from Virginia Tech and went on to pursue a Master's in Applied Nutrition and Performance. Over the past seven years, I have been immersed in training and coaching, working directly with clients of all ages and health backgrounds. I'm also a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, and my work blends nutrition, habit development, exercise, and lifestyle change in a way that actually works in real life.

At the core of how I live and coach are three things I value most: People, Purpose, and Freedom. My role is to help you build the habits and discipline that make lasting health possible.
